I ordered a watch after following instructions and wiring my payment, the watch was received approximately two-three weeks later. And it looked nothing like the pictures in the website. the crown was misaligned and one side of the band was black and the other side was with with white thread. Immediately (12/14/2012) I e-mailed and chatted a message asking for the watch in the picture or a refund. So Snow requested pictures on 3-4 different groups of pictures being e-mailed she keep replying she could not view the watch at this time I was worried the pictures were viewable from my end taken with a nice high resolution camera. So I borrowed an HD camera and sent 5-7 more pictures showing the watch and the defects she replied saying it appeared that nothing was wrong. I have sent almost 20-25 different e-mails requesting them to pick up this watch and send my refund. for last two weeks I have been chatting with them and they will not respond or claim they are a awaiting a manager. And there website list that it if you contact them they will offer you a refund, I di. I just would like my refund
