Xoka Inc. is a ripoff. This company tries to reel people in to working their. They have a craigslist ad showing arcade video games, pictures of girls, ping pong table. This place has to be one the most unprofessional places to work at. Looks like a bunch of low life scum and ex cons working there. The owner Hodari Garcia just feeds people lies saying you can make money. If you work there be weary. First you have to charge the customer's credit card then after that you may or may not be paid. I was supposed to get paid and barely got any of it. I worked there for expecting a weekly paycheck then they kept saying they were going to pay me later and later until I finally quit by walking out of the place. Then it tooks over a month to get even a small portion of what they owed me and said they would be unable to pay the rest due to customer cards charging back probably due to poor customer service. Even employees still working there said they have not been paid for weeks. Bunch of unprofessional dirty scumbags at this place. I suggest to never work there. This so called " SEO" Search Engine Optimization" company or should I say "Scam Every One" organization...
Worked at Xokainc, witnessed all the crap that went on with this so called company "customer service reps" weren't getting paid "sales people" were not getting paid and when they got paid they were paid half or not even half of what was owed to them the "employees" were mostly in a desperate state and owed money unable to pay their own bills and were afraid to leave or unable to leave afraid they wouldn't get paid what they were owed. Everyone was getting excuse after excuse and the run around of why pay or customer service was and is delayed or non existent.
"Subscribers/customers" of this so called company were lodging complaints and getting excuses or delay tactics the same as the employees. "were working on it, we'll call you back, it will be up on first page in 5-7 days, anything that the guy in charge; Hodari Garcia would tell the employees to tell the customers.
This place needs to be shut down with all the abuse of customers and employees that was and is going on.
This company is not a company it's a scam of all people involved other then the owner and his partner(s) paying thereselves.
This is a warning to all consumers/businesses and potential people searching for employment steer clear of this organization.

They advertise every day now - they desperate. They need people, since everyone is leaving after few days. They format each of their posts on Craig lists differently, pretending it's like different companies! - asking to call different people - "Jessica, Mike etc".
I wanted to post everything what I saw at Xoka Inc. - back in April. So many people get harmed and hurt by Hodari Garcia! Any person who made even one sale / it's like $40-60 for that person, and these money he or she wouldn't see for weeks!/ - it is future hundreds and thousands dollars for Garcia in following month! Garcia has being harming and taking advantage of people for many years. How was he able to get away? Most people do not have time to complaint, or go to Police - so Garcia is continue his scam. It always will be another "pawn" for him, who will answer fals adv from Carig list. When Garcia will be stopped?
