Xtreme Chemical Company Followed instructions re: Money Back Guarantee. No response, no refund. Plano TX

Door to Door salesmen came to my door. They demonstrated their cleaning product, Xtreme Kleen, by cleaning a portion of my grimy window and showed the cleaned area was no longer susceptible to finger prints. He demonstrated it on my front doorstep and brass handle and both areas he cleaned were VERY clean, sparkling, with very little effort.

I decided it would likely last a very long time, considering the dilution rates were quite high. My bottle had listed ratios on it for different jobs.  I tried with the listed ratios and found that my 'cleaner', cleaned almost nothing. I tried cleaning windows and carpet at 2:1 ratio on the door mat next to his trial - the white letter I cleaned with a 2:1 solution was not as bright white as the letter he had cleaned in the demonstration (with what was supposed to be a 5:1 ratio.) I continued my trials with my 2:1 solution on tiles on my kitchen floor (bottle recommends 10:1 solution). It worked almost as well as the best of my cleaners already in the house (at a price that is at least 10 times the price of my existing cleaners.)

I followed the instructions for a cancellation with money back guarantee.  With copy of receipt, invoice, letter, etc. mailed to Xtreme, w/in 3 days as required. Have since e-mailed, with copy of letter and recieipts attached and called a number of times and have received no response, much less a refund. The bottle I received, must contain an already diluted formula and that the demonstration was done with a much higher concentration than stated. That is a ripoff! My recommendation: don't buy from a door to door salesman from out of state unless you can test your own bottle before you pay any money for it.
