Dear Honest people Please read the below and thank me for wasting my time to teach you a few things about this idiotic company called Xtrons or UG Electronics LTD and China rubbish. (DONT BE FOOLED BY THEIR WEBSITE I PROMISE YOU THEY ARE NOTHING BUT A FAKE COMPANY) They trade under the below names as a so called manufacture. Which is totally not true they are just a cheap quality sole-trader? Which sells cheap Chinese rubbish that is made by little factories around Shenzhen these factories mainly produce replica mobile phones and various other electronics. If you approach them direct they can make products with any name you want as long as you order from them. Technically they are illegal and 80% of them are banned to be used in Communist China. The law is that strict they can even face the death penalty if certain banned products are used. So the Chinese can almost produce anything as long as it brings money and they dont use it in their country. As you can imagine where this cheap crap lands. On eBay and various other little cheap companies selling illegal crap. PLEASE READ THIS AND UNDERSTAND THIS GOLDEN RULE. Remember they can send you their crap but when a problem occurs the Chinese Customs dont even want to accept their own rubbish back. As per Chinese laws all companies receiving electronics products in China must have an Import Permit. Without this permit the shipment will be confiscated and destroyed it cant even come back to the sender. As soon as you have a faulty product the below idiots will inform you to send this back using POST only and nothing else. Because they are braking the law and any shipments found will be destroyed. My last shipment was a broken CAR DVD PLAYER MODEL: D706. I sent this express courier and this was confiscated by their customs because Xtrons or UG Electronics are not a real manufacture and has no import permit. They can only accept products sent by POST and try to bypass the system. Even by post there is a high chance the shipment will be blocked. Please view the below example as proof how much money I lost from these cruel evil idiots. This is so not true just call them and say you want to buy products yes they will sell it to you. But call them and say you want to return a product and see what happens he will say oh we are only an Xtrons agent you must contact them direct. I will also be contacting the TAX office this is illegal they are even braking the UK law trading as a company with no company registration or vat number. Their UK address is not even an office its just a BIG-YELLOW storage company thats all. They do this so they cant be traced. I have not provided my company name or website only for 1 reason? If I done that it means whenever people do a company search on Google my Company will come up and show my customers that I have purchased rubbish products from China. Which straight away downgrades my company reputation? Please believe me as an honest Christian do not buy anything from China or this so called company Xtrons. In the last few months I have purchased 15 sample products. Believe it or not all of the products had various faults and I have lost over 2000.00 Imagine if you sold these to customers I guarantee you they will call you back in a few months if you are lucky to sell them with no current faults. So you might get them a few $$$$ cheaper but in the long run it will cost you double the amount. Once a product is returned to you your options are very low. You have to refund your customer and loose money. Dont even bother trying to email or call your so called Chinese supplier. Their first words will be please send it back and once it arrives please pay for the shipping back to your country. So by the time you have paid for both deliveries you will straight away loose money. Thats why there is no point even trying to send it back just take it as a learning point PLEASE. As a successful business man please follow the below procedure and I promise you it will avoid many problems. You cant grow a business with Chinese Rubbish so please dont even bother starting. All their websites customers service procedures etc etc they have just stolen from us Europeans. The only good thing they are known for is selling and copying counterfeit goods which will cost you double nothing else. How many Chinese big name electrical companies do you know worldwide? Maybe 0 Why? Its because they concentrate on copying and piracy nothing else. How many Japanese, Korean or Taiwanese brand names do you know? Yes many LG, Sony, Hitachi, HTC, + Many many more. The Chinese will never be like their neighbors they can only try to copy their service or products. But they have never invented their own. Please believe me maybe 90% of electrical products purchased from china have serious quality issues or copyright problems. Because everything they do is Cheap and never tested to the World regulations. If you are looking for suppliers or good quality products please try to find Taiwanese Japanese or Korean suppliers. They are world leaders in this market and much more professional. You MS so called Anne Wang know me very well. The last item I purchased from you was a CAR-DVD Player that arrived used broken and faulty. When I asked you why what did you tell me remember???????? Oh yes thats how the manufacture makes them all those models have those bugs its something the manufactured has not figured out yet. :))))))))) You need to travel to Europe and understand how we operate dont just talk rubbish. I have now thrown this DVD Player in the BIN because in 3 weeks the whole thing fell apart. This is the worst quality product I have ever purchased in my life. How can I tell my customers that once they buy something from me? I just wish you told me all the issues before I purchased the products not after you CON Person. Guys please remember what I said.
