The order will be ready tomorrow to ship complete.We've been juggling a lit bit over here, but thanks for hanging in there. From us: 8/22/13 Jen, man, I hate to keep pestering you but I am getting a bit irritated. In your message below on 7/24/13 you said the pad should be wrapped in a week or so... that was almost 30 days ago. We still do not have an update on the tracking number - although the tracking says the scheduled deliver was August 6th. While you have been very prompt in responding to my emails, I am very dissatisfied with the service of this business. I do not feel there is sufficient information / follow up relayed and no one has given us a date of when we will be getting this drum pad. This was an expensive item and I am feeling as though we have been given the run around. I want a definitive answer as to when this item is going to arrive. We placed the order on July 4th - 7 weeks ago. I am sorry if this comes across as being rude. I would also like to mention that your website is quite unfriendly - someone should list a contact number of where consumers can call and actually speak to someone, I am beginning to wonder if this is a legitimate.

We make shipping labels when a pad is in production. Don't worry, it will update when the pad is in transit. Thanks! From us: Hey there, Jen. We received an email from UPS on 7/31/13 to advise that a label was created. Currently they are saying they still do not have the package in their possession. Can you give me an update please.
