File a claim because my new car paint has spots that don't go away when washed. The claim was filed in April 2018, one week later a claim adjuster called me to come to my house to see the damage, he keept canceling because of rainy days, last time he contacted me was at the end of may, I told him I was going on vacations for one week, he never contacted me again and now the claim was closed. Now my suv that I bought new, 8 months ago, has a lot of bugs stains and other stains what it was promised don't happen with this paint protection.
