Buyer Beware - this company sold our client a Greenline 39 in November of 2017 and will not release his ownership documents (although he paid in full) because they are upset he traded the boat in to us! This is not only unethical but it is also criminal and we now have to get our attorney involved. This is in addition to the lawsuit our customer has already started against "Yacht Sales International". Be VERY careful if you choose to do business with this company. Make sure you have a lawyer involved and demand that the paperwork is held in an escrow account prior to funding the boat you are purchasing.
The owner knows where he needs to send the paperwork if he wants this review removed / wants to avoid an additional lawsuit from us and the loss of his license. It is absolutely ridiculous that some FL brokers choose to do business this way! If you have an issue with our client, take it up with him. You cannot hold his ownership documents hostage.
