This transaction goes back to month of July 27th.When i recieve the keyboard,the "enter'' key was broken off the keyboard,there is no possibly way to think that it broke during shiping since the frame that key sits on is slightly bent so key could not sit on the frame and was found loose in the bag that came in.After i contact the buyer via excessive amounts of several emails and the offers buyer give me we kind of agreed on sending me a replacment keyboard.I was offered to keep the keyboard and they will refund me $3 and will have to cancel ebay transaction so they wouldnt get charged,in all fairness it wasnt enough compensation if i was to keep the broken keyboard.i say no to it,and i was told to order and pay for another item and they will ship the new one and once they recieve the old one they will refund my money back.But since they are horrible on communication and understanding their offer there was more than one several emails back and forth to understand each other.I asked them to overnight the new keyboard and they refuse to do so.I said i was the one left inconvienence and if you were to say you'll go above and beyond for customer service than do that for me,its not a favor,its to fix the problem but they refuse to do so.and Im not done complaining yet.SO i paid and ordered on August 13th,okay.so im thinking give it a few days i'll recieve it.1 week later i contacted them it was not sent out and i was told an excuse''they were out of stock'' I emailed them soon as i paid via paypal and told them its paid and here is the transaction number...i never got an email after that telling me its shipped or that they recieve the payment. 1 week later telling me its out of stock...what kind of excuse is that.
