I bought a laptop from Yanginh Lin off eBay and I never received it. So I looked into the situation and saw that he never sent it. So I responded to him and then he used my debit card info and bought another one pretending to be me. I called eBay to dispute the charge and then I got a confirmation that he was sending me the second one purchased on Decb 8th 2017. I'm supposed to be getting it between the 12th- 24th of this same month. Well I didn't want to get anything from him so eBay gave me his phone numbers and I called him. Then I researched him and found out that he's got many fraudulent complaints against him and now I want to get my money back from his unauthorized transactions by using my personal info. I'm very angry and want to take him down!
