Yana Shiki Usa custom billet Tamarac Florida

I dont want to bash all sportbike after market companies out there i just want this company to know to others BE WARE! i had purchased some swingarm extensions in black and specified i did not want them to be engraved LRC. I waited all week. I had sleepless nights thinking of installing them and hittin the streets with my fellow riders. Friday afternoon the box was there:). I grabbed the first sharp object and shreaded the box open, pulled them out and first thing i saw, was that bullsh*t engraving, i specifically ask not to receive.

I then ran to my cell and called 1888-5billet and they answered, and as i open my mouth to speak, i was emdiatley told to hold. waited and waited. i was getting very impatient. I sat there for more than 10 min. i hung up called a few more times, now iam pissed. when finally they answered they look up my order and told me that is what i ordered. we went round and round on that subject until i then found out that was all they had at that time, so basically they sold me a pair of extensions knowing they didnt have what I wanted and took my money thinking i would except them.

Well little as they knew, no way in h*ll. I asked for my money back they said to return them,and i did. Weeks went by no refund i kept calling for it so i could purchase a new set. I couldnt buy a new set becasue i struggle day to day to save money to make a purchase as i did with them. Now its been a month and i had to call my credit it card company to retreive my money as they did "thankfully". I now moved on, but i just wanted to let others know what i had to got through with them so BEWARE with Yana Shiki and name alone should of warned me.
