Yardstick Partners Gary Kleinman and Brett Kleinman Fraudulent Agency, scam, does not pay employees and talent Los Angeles CA

Gary Kleinman, has dodged my phone calls for over a year. He owes my company just under $1800 for equipment rentals product and services. We worked for him as a subcontractor for Warner Bros Network

We contacted Warner Bros when Mr Kleinman refused to respond to our calls and found out that he was paid in full.

Unfortunately Mr Kleinman is claiming lack of work do to a medical condition. 

When I ask Mr Kleinman when he was paid by Warner bros what he did with the money that he couldnt pay us, he said it was none of my @#%&en business.

That is a complete lie. I was present and performed all the duties. I have a great track record and I'm always on time and professional. You still owe me about $260. Many brand ambassadors have also not gotten paid for the hours worked, so it wasn't just me. The client told us directly why they fired you and even tried to hire us back themselves with a much lower rate. You don't even know who this is to make such an accusation.

Yardstick has been in business for over 14 years and has never not paid staff working. This disgruntled person did not perform services as stated, did not confirm any hours and the client who was present complained that staff was not present. As such, without any corroboration, payment was not made to the individual.

This is the only complain in 14 years and is off base, inaccurate and false.

Yardstick was not fired by this client or any other client. This program was a short 5 week program and the client took the initiative in house shortly thereafter.
