Just as one of your Report #315497 concerning YaYa Creations - Efavormart ... I have worst to tell:

I have ordered online some items from efavormart on February 28th. My order was $425.20 and it was for my daughter's wedding. The items were to be delivered within 7 business days.

On March 8th (9 days later) I didn't receive anything, The UPS tracking system showed that no order was shipped. I contacted efavormart (there is no phone/customer service, so everything has to be done through e:mails or with person chatting)

I contacted them through "person chatting" requesting where was my order. The chatting lady had no clue where was my order. After 30 minutes of trying to get an answer and too many "sorry for the inconvenience" all I got is a "please send us an e:mail and someone will look into it"

So I sent the e:mail and received an automated reply: "We have received your inquiry and are assigning it to a representative. You can expect to receive a response from us within one business day"

On March 10th, no news!!!!! The UPS tracking system still showed no order shipped! Again, I contacted Efavormart through "person chatting". Again, after so long of trying, and many more "sorry for the inconvenience" all I got is a "please send us an e:mail and someone will look into it" By that time, I am getting very frustrated, I asked for someone to have the courtesy to call me ... on the phone ... Just in case, I did send another e:mail. No one called and again I received that same automated reply .....

On March 12th, no news!!!!!!! The UPS tracking system still .......... let's not repeat ourself!*(@&%!%!$!#!) let's breath!!!!!!!! I contacted Efavormart through "person chatting"once more (I am a very patient/persistent person). Again, after so long of trying, no order was found! Oops! yep! they found out that the reason why nothing was being done is that the items were backorder!!!!!! You would think after all those efforts someone would have contacted me? Nope! Nothing was told, no one dared to call me, no e:mails to let me know ...

Nope! they just decided not to tell not to ship it!!!!! Although, my credit card was being charged $425.20 ... on time! (that didn't take 12 to 14 days)

When I saw that nothing was going right, I asked the "person chatting" to cancel the whole order. Again, with many "sorry for the inconvenience, please send us an e:mail .... I sent an e:mail confirming I was cancelling the whole order. That is March 12th at 7h37pm. On March 12th at 7h38pm I receive the ultimate automated e:mail saying: "We have received your inquiry and are assigning it to a representative. You can expect to receive a response from us within one business day."

Not too impressive?

On March 13th at 5h27pm I received an e:mail with the UPS tracking numbers saying that the shipment is on its way and is awaiting action from me!! I have proof I had cancelled this order the day prior !*!?%!$@#! What other action are they awaiting from me?

I have waited for this order from February 28th through March 12th .... It is when I cancelled it that they decide to shipped on March 13th ....

Call this a "lack of communication" or maybe a "poor service" ... and that is being nice !!!!!

After I realized they had no intention to cancel my order, but ship it without my consent. On March 17th, I contacted UPS and asked them to return the items back to efavormart before going too far. UPS contacted them and it is only on March 28th (10 days later) they accepted the return.

BUT my visa card is still charged $425.20 ... no credit has been applied ... And Visa told me there is not much Visa can do because the purchase was done out of my state but in California.

So, please, please, (once more) please, anyone can tell me how to get out of this mess, I am opened to any suggestions!!!!

For sure ... this should go out at large and let EVERYONE know the kind of service to expect from Efavormart -vs- YaYa Creations
