YELP- Jeremy Stoppelman Mr. Vince Sollitto (VP, Communications) Yelp has refused to take two reviews off of it's website that are slanderous and libelous and defame our business' reputation! The two reviews are from the same married couple, of which have already received Cease and Desist Letters from our legal department. These two reviews are false and detrimental to our business and personal reputations. They not only name me personally, but several of our workers personally as well! These reviews have been removed from every other review website, including the BBB, except YELP.  San Fransisco California

Also, YELP has removed ALL of our positive reviews, and only left false ones, of which, are from named poeple that we have never heard, nor do we have in our system. We have contacted them on numerous occasions to remove them, as they indeed are false, not to mention very slanderous and libelous. But ofcourse since we do not use Yelps services, or give them money to remove the bad ones, they stay there! But when representatives call for money to market our business, they offer advanced filters to remove the false ones, and highlight the good ones!

How the hell is this legal? I will not stop until YELP has fallen off the face of this planet! Someone is going to get sued, and believe me.... It will not be me or my business that I have worked very hard at! I didn't just cough up a shitty website filled with false, slanderous material to try and pry money from innocent business owners that actually do something for a living!!! Get a LIFE Jeremy Stoppelman, because soon you will need it!

Yelp has refused to take two reviews off of it's website that are slanderous and libelous and defame our business' reputation!

We have been in business for over 10 years and also use BBB for good business practices. However, we have contacted Yelp on numerous occasions to remove slanderous material from a married couples'(past customers of ours)posts. Yelp has refused to take two reviews(same married couple posted twice) off of it's website that are slanderous and libelous and defame our business' reputation! These particular past customers are in the same household.

Therefore, according to Yelp's Terms of Service, cannot post more then one review! These customers have also been served with a Cease and Desist letter by our attorney! This has been resolved with every single other review company except Yelp, which states in an e-mail to me personally, that they will not remove the slanderous and libelous material, which personally has my name and my employees' names personally announced!

If this does not get resolved with Yelp, of which since has removed ALL positive reviews left by our loyal customers, we will have no choice but to take this to our attorneys and let them file a lawsuit. We will not put up with these slanderous statements that defame all of our hard work! This, as I stated before has been resolved through the BBB, as well as many other review sites, because it is simply false and detrimental to our business and personal reputations! I demand this material to be removed at once!
