I have only 1 extremly negative review on my profile. Every other review on the company is deleted after few days and yelp is denying my request to remove the reviewer comments, which BTW has nothing to do with the company performance.

It is also obvious the reviewer has a fake account.

I hope some day, there will be a big fat Class A action lawsuit against those crooks, for filtering the reviews.

Yelp is a SEO which means that if you PAY THEM they will remove the negative review and post positive reviews. However the web and the web going public have matured enough that they KNOW that groups such as Angies List and Yelp ONLY post what THEY wish. That is until you pay them. Seven years ago a web review would have been disasterous. Now the web going public knows that a review, especially a negative one really has NOTHING to do with the business in general. American Consumers like to complain. Its all they really do. Its like the surveys you see on the bottom of reciepts. The associate who assisted you will have gona above and beyond and given customer service that you would see at a 5 star hotel but the American Consumer is so blinded by thier own self importance that they wont take a few mins and give that associate a "good job" survey. But if that same associate DOESNT give that 5 star hotel customer service and treats every customer the same, you bet your sweet bippy that the same consumer will be online WHINING about not being treated as THEY THINK THEY DESERVE.

There IS a federal investigation into groups like Angies list and Yelp. Thier tactics go directly against the first amendment and they hamper the American Consumers right to freedom of speech. The web is considered by the courts as a MEDIA OUTLET. SO all groups like the ones above are doing is CENSORING, and that IS illegal. Especially if the words involved dont NEED to be censored. Such as no foul words or deragatory comments. So just wait, be patient. The FBI and FCC are looking into it. I would take a few mins and file a complaint against Yelp with the FCC. I would call and ask Yelp one last time to remove it. I would record the call and inform them I was doing so. I would give them one last chance to remove the negative review or atleast post ALL reviews positive OR negative. I would inform them that I am making this recording so I can show the FCC the tactics that groups like Yelp are using to crush Americans right to freedom of speech. If they did not remove or expand the reviews, I would then take that recording to the FCC and make it part of my complaint. I would then approach a local consumers advocacy reporter at a local TV station and present the same recording as evidence that groups like Yelp and Angies List use these tactics.

The web is supposed to be a "free and open enviroment". Groups like Yelp and Angies List circumvent both the spirit of the web and the rights of americans in order to make a buck. We as consumers HAVE A RIGHT to read both the good and the bad experiences that another has had. By circumventing our rights, they are invalidating all the hard work AND deaths that Americans have put forward to secure those rights.
