Yelp.com has completely bashed my business! And as far as i can see many others as well. I had numerous reviews from my customers saying how great my services were. One review came up defaming my company and all of the sudden all of my good reviews were gone. Now a new profile was made up and once again defamed my business. Upon all this happening I called yelp explained to them my situation and they tried to give me an outrageous price to fix things back to the way they were before, when i denied them they hung up on me and now have yet to answer any of my calls or emails. This so called company says they have real reviews when in fact they are made by the yelp staff and make a fortune off business owners like myself. Beware of this website!!
