Was having trouble with WINDOWS MAIL, and as I live in the country, thought I would try to find help online. Yoocare was first on Google so phoned them. After speaking with them, I decided to join for a year. They took over my computer remotely, and everything went downhill from there. They ran several diagnostic procedures or something, then asked me to reboot. My computer would not come back on so left it over nite Now it comes back on, but demands a password that was not needed before! I hauled it 25 miles to a reputable computer shop that I have used before and they said I had been scammed and this is not the first time they have had folks in with trouble caused by these people. BEWARE!!!
