Young America, is THE worst Company to work for, they have the highest turn around rate of any other company. they let go, or fire over 200 employees int he 2 years that they have been up and running in Canada.

Young America doesnt Pay its employees fairy for the work and the situations they put up with. The CSR employees are required to lie cheat and Basically BullSh** all the consumers who call and convince them that THEY screwed up there rebate. The main Goal of the CSR is to convince the customer that they screwed up and that its all there fault that they are not getting the rebate. Now Im not saying that Mail doesnt get lost or Consumer dont screw up there rebates because that does make up a good number of the calls, but about 35% of the mail in rebates are lost or destroyed in some way By a Young America Employee. I believe that the employees in the sorting facility are paid to screw up the rebate because for everyone that they screw and can make the consumer believe they screwed up or have the trusty CSR's convince the consumer that they screwed up is money in the Companys pocket.

Young America is just a Cover for large companys to screw there consumers, and we the CSRs have to put up with all the Yelling and the screaming of the consumers.

The company also is ran very poorly, its operated like a high school, you have your call center manager, who acts like the principal just does mostly Paper work and meetings, dont see him much. Then below him are the Floor managers, these are the ones who are in charge of less paper work more in contact with the CSR(students). Theses are like your Vice-Principals, in charge of discipline, and stuff such as that. Then you have your Human resources, Supposed to be like your guidence councellers, constantly saying we are here for you. Your management your not there for us.

Next in line come Leads, just as they sound they are your teachers, continuesly grading you, keeping you up to date on your information(teaching you). They also are responsable for giving out your monthly TESTS and your months end Report Card. Nest in line is a Phone supervisor, the smarter kids, the ones who have been around a while and know there stuff, Paid a little more than a regular CSR. Then lastly is your regular phone reps. If the reps do something wrong First step is an ORAL warning,(if its Oral then why is it printed out and require you too sign it.)

Second you get a written warning(well shouldnt this really be your second written because the first one was written.) A second Written. Next step you get Suspended(thats a day off work Unpaid.) After that you final warning is employment Termination. Now at any time for any reason if management feels they want to skip a step they go right a head. So you can go from nothing to Final just because they dont like you and feel final is neccesary. They can also give you warnings about situations in which they have no proof. No dont ever give them you notice that your quitting because they will just fire you instead because thats easier for them that way.

Basically in One statement. YOUNG AMERICA is against every right that you should as an employee of any company.
