Your Magazine Publisher Inc Misleading information, alluding phone calls, double charging Roseville, Minnesota

Basically got a call saying I qualified for a VIP discount for my magazine subscription. Got charged 49.90 twice, went through my bank and got Reimbursed by filing a fraud complaint due to the fact that the numbers they provided never seemed to get a person. Now getting calls and mailing from a collection agency, threatening my credit. Did my own investigation and the mailing address is a ups store so I was advised to make a police report so I did, and also filed a complaint with the federal trade commission. Now I need to file a refusal to settle with the credit collector. A lot of aggravation for a BS company. Who the hell would pay 998 for 5 years of magazines?! And then make it impossible to cancel by not answering the phone! This company is a scam and I wish they would be stopped!
