3/8/2013   I ordered  Microsoft Office 2010 Professional Plus, download version. W/O CD/DVD media. $149.95.  I was told it was a simple process to download & will take less time than shipping of physical media. I was giving a login customer area to access download http://jet-customers.com. No help.  I couldn't download the product,   I was told to try uninstall old version, first.

I sent them a message and a message came back with instructions how to download. I couldn't, I sent another message for someone to call me, I got another message on instructions download run file.  http://statis.slysoft.com/setup/virtualCloneDrive.exe, it still didn't help.  I asked for a refund.

Soft Store your software discounter I purchased Microsoft office 2013 from the soft store. Your software discounter. They gave me an invalid key when I went to download it. I even had the geek squad try to do it for me remotely with no success. I emailed them back and got no response. I requested a refund and again got no response. They tried to tell me that they could do it remotely but, no one would help me with the process to access my computer. And again, the download, that was supposed to let them run my computer, remotely, was an invalid site.  Internet
