YPedia Promotions direct mail scam Internet

A company who I thought was yellow pages sent me a letter back in January 2015 That they would like to verifiy my business listing. I signed and sent back the form thinking this is a nice service for a new business. I did not hear back from them and never bothered checking into it further. 

It turns out that the company is in fact not yellow pages but a company called YPedia who is now billing me 361.90. No where on what I orginally sent back to them did it say there was a fee for this service. They are now trying to provide to me multiple documents strung together to make it look like the charges were shown in plain sight. What they are showing to me is not what I signed.

I have called multiple times now to work out a resolution with this coompany only to be hung up. I recieved a letter in the mail today 4/6/15 from Jose Garza advising I would be put into collections if this is not paid. I jhave called to speak with Jose Garza only to be told he is not over this dept anymore. I am not even sure what that means not sure they do either. Apparently Jose only speaks to people before they are put into collections but apparently my account is already in collections although the notice they sent shows 5/10/15 to be sent to collection dept.

This company is a scam and is trying to take legitiamte business for their hard earned money. Stay away I will not be paying and will have my attorney deal with the collection dept.
