I had spoken with Dawn regarding the program and was encouraged to join Zero Down Real Estate Investors. Since someone I already knew had joined I did not research it like I would normally do regarding anything that I do! Since mine and my husbands credit score were not where they needed to be we were told that they would help with credit repair to get the scores back where they needed to be to receive 100% financing on investment properties. But our credit score was good enough to approved for "hard money" loans, but not at 100%. We were told to "go bid on houses! Your loans will be funded within 7-10 days!" So we paid our $545 on Friday, October 27, 2006 and as of today I have bid and WON the bid on 2 houses and have NOT received any calls back from Zero Down Real Estate Investors after calling them more than once per day!! I am currently trying to get my money back. But everytime I call Anitress, she says that she has not had a chance to look into it and that I can call her back within the hour!

Updated address for these crooks

AUTHOR: Darrel - (U.S.A.)

POSTED: Thursday, December 21, 2006

Since these people scammed a close friend the other day, I have been doing some checking into this company.

Like the new address"

6512 Falls of Neuse Rd STE 100
Raleigh, NC 27615-6846
(866) 522-7285

Check this web page. According to the North Carolina Real Estate Commission, one of the key players in Zero Down is also a Broker here

panterarealty.com/Home/tabid/3241/Default.aspx

Funny, but like Zero Down, they appear to have an unlisted number.

My, my. Look at the "Zero Down Real Estate Investors" benefits.

They offer Credit Repair. There ain't no such thing as credit repair!

And what bank will blanket-garantee *in advance* to loan someone money for *any* RE purchase? They don't need appraisers and loan-to-value assessments anymore? Unless, of course, YOU own the bank or your name is Warren Buffet, but then you wouldn't need "Zero Down Real Estate Investors", would you?

This is so B.S.'y
"go bid on houses! Your loans will be funded within 7-10 days!"

I hope you had financing contingencies on your " bid and WON the bid on 2 houses" contracts.

Zero-down. What a joke.

I had an offer on a house years ago that had a financing contigency that read " contigent on the buyer obtaining the largest possible mortgage at the lowest available interest rate". What a joke! I wondered what "RE Investor Seminar" they got that beauty from? I trashed the offer at that point.

There is no way around this: If you can't pay, you can't play.
