ZG Labaratories Stole my entire website!!! Gold River California

I am the co-owner and President of VITA-gen Laboratories.  My company launched an updated website back in 2015 (www.vitagenlabs.com); I personally chose every picture and wrote all the copy on every page as this pertains to my companies capabilities. 

My web host informed me yesterday, 10/18/18, that ZG Labaratories (that's not a typo, they either intentionally spelled it incorrectly or are simply idiots) copied my website page for page, picture for picture and all the copy.  They inserted ZG Labaratories where my website states VITA-gen Laboratories. They even have a picture of my facility on their Home Page. 

My website is copyrighted and I have contacted my attorney to draft a cease and desist letter.  

I have no idea if this company can actually produce supplements or if they are just a bunch of people brokering projects, but how can anyone want to do business with a company that outright stole my website and couldn't or wouldn't take the time and effort to tell customers about who they really are and their capabilities?  

I personally spoke with a "Derek" in their office yesterday and informed them of the website rip-off, asked them to take the site down.  As of this writing it is still up.
