Ziebart Cicero Ny Waste of time Cicero, New York

Went to the Ziebart station located  at 6174 S. Bay Road Cicero  NY to have the annual inspection done for warranty for undercoating....well that was a waste of time and gas. First off, Inspection took 5 hours and the appoitment was made 2 weeks earlier so I was expecting perhaps a 3 hr wait. Traveled back home, which is 30 miles away then returned when called that my 2012 vehicle was done. Well I guess they cleaned the windows... That was about it...the undercarriage was supposed to be power washed then inspected...that didn't happen. Was also supposed to be hand washed before I picked it up. You think that happened either...nope . Called when I returned home to talk to "Joe" and tell him that the undercarriage was not washed , so how could they have inspected it. I also informed him that the vehicle was not washed either as stated on the notice they sent pertaining to the warranty annual inspection. My answer back was, bring it back up and I'll get you right in. Let me see. 7 plus hours of my time and 20 dollars in gas"the first time" and now I am suppose to bring it back up spend another 20 dollars in gas and at least 3 hrs of additional time so you can do the job that you were originally suppose to do. I think his goal was to sell me services like a car starter or chip film or what was the other thing oh engine film coating because I was getting a microscopic oxidation on the battery terminal! You got to be kidding me. Vehicle is a year old with less than 4800 miles on it and I'm suppose to be worried about it. Needless to say I will not be bringing my vehicle back up to have it washed and power sprayed. I see that the other franchise which is located in Syracuse is also on this rip off list.  It is sad that people want to get something for doing absolutely nothing and by wasting my time costing me money. Thus I will never  buy this protection package again from the dealer when they only sub it out to a lazy franchise owner who cares nothing about customer service nor apparently their reputation.
