I had a remote start installed in my niasson car 2 wks ago at ziebart on 8998 E Washington st, Indianapolis Indiana 46219.   Last few days I noticed it was making strange noises after starting.   Today 2/11/20 went to garage where car was parked to start it up to go to work early this a.m.   Battery tried to turn over but did not start. 

Note;   I did not use the remote start this time since I was putting my things for work in car.  Had to call Hoosier Motor Club for jump and battery analysis.   Note:  I had car at dealer same day that remote start was installed at Ziebart.  All service and 180 pt check was done at dealer and car checked out fine.   Car only has 30,000 miles on it.  

No problems with battery and always tested as healthy.  After calling AAA of course I had to call into work to report  for delay or maybe not make it all.   AAA jump truck arrived in a timely manner, hats off to them.   The driver jumped car and did necessary testing of battery, alternator, starter, etc.  

He showed me results on his tester gadget that battery was in middle yellow area which means healthy and down just enough to not start.  He claimed in his opinion something was drawing on battery.   I did not leave any lights on car and lights always go off automatically.   

Everything once again check out on car.  My work suggested I go get car fixed and/or checked out as I was covered at work.   I lost money, no work, no pay.  I only have the AAA membership of 3 calls per year as I hardly use or need membership.  Also counted as a call off at work.   After leaving car running for suggested 20 min to recharge, immediately drove to Ziebart to get remote started checked. 

When I arrived to ask them to do so, noticed not friendlly and since they were not busy, they took car in while I waited.   After about 45 minutes came back and told me they did not find anything wrong.  Mind you they claim they guarantee their work and only want them to look at remote start or repair it, etc.   I followed those instructions.  

I started to ask some technical questions and the one guy threw up his arms in an unprofessional way and walked off while I was still inside store.  Then the loud, rude also unprofessional mgr came up to me and was not nice/polite and said he was nice to me.  Really if you call not speaking to me a friendly manner as I entered  nice, hate to see the rest.   Well I started to see the rest next.  

I wasent yelling, cussing, etc.  I simply told him I believe they did not want to answer my questions and that it was rude for other guy to throw hands up and walk off evaying my specific questions.  Mgr told me this remote start is a "plug and play".  Explain that I said.  He said it could not run down battery because of that,  I told him I did not understand how that could be and asked for explanation of so called plug and play remote start. 

He began to get hosile and I was getting concerned and scared.  Keep in mind I am a woman being bullied in that way.  I told him this "plug and play" was not told to me before installation.   Apparently I hit a nerve with questions I deserved an answer to.   He then in a very threatening tone told me they would remove system and give money back.   Well, I felt I could no longer stand under same roof with him.  I had no other time as I needed to get to work and frankly I would not let them touch my car again after that behavior. 

I concluded as I felt very uneasy by saying to him upon leaving "you are very hostile and seem like you are about to get violent here.  The next thing he said to me was deplorable :  He said and I quote I can get that way so leave now and shouted this.   I was shaken as I left and felt like no solution to my questions and evasive to them as well.   I was scared and almost ready to call police.   I

immediately went out door and said I was going to file complaint and he told me he did not care.   I believe there is problems with this remote called plug and play for $300 and not compatible with my car.  I have since called competitors and they never heard of this type   They took my money and didn't care.  No apology, etc.  As a heathcare professional it is my professional opinion he is a mental liability to Ziebart.   Concerned . 

I then tried to call corporate only to leave messages (2) with importance.  Nobody yet has called me back.  I then had to return to work.   My problem is I hear this is a franchise, so who will remove remote start or service it?   My other vehicle has rust proof warranty where I take it back to them yearly for check and touch up.  I cannot let these people touch my vehicles after this.  What else would they do?  

Need resolution and I will never return to them again.  I have been a customer for many years.   I call it bedside manner lacking with rudeness and overall my safety felt threatened.   Rip Off
