Ziggmart/ Placed order Sept.'s Jan. 9th and still nothing Rutland, Massachusetts

I placed an order with ziggmart/ on September 14,2011. I began inquiring about my order approximately 1 month later. They jerked me around all the way through December. When I asked for my money back, they stopped responding to my emails. They will not answer the phone. Your card should not be billed unless the product is shipped. These people are con artists and should have their website shut down.
