Zillow is not showing all the information or accurate information. The listing information is outdated or not valid. The entire overall description sometimes lacks videos and or relevant information to the consumer.

Zestimate is completely irrelevant as it has no bearing on price. they are numbers that make no sense and no one has personally done any sort of pricing in the area of similar houses to come up with the Zestimate. Corrupt and misleading information!!

Zillow and Zestimate only provide you estimates of prices and such through a price per sq. ft for the neighborhood the house is in. If someone ends up with a McMansion in the neighborhood, the pricing will be higher than comparable homes in the area - despite the fact that the land the home sits on has more value than the home itself.

If you are seriously looking for pricing information, then stop relying on free services. Find a live human being who is a professional and can provide you an accurate appraisal for a home. Don't complain about a free service - a free service is worth nothing.
