On 9/23/18 I used my debit card (to pay for on Ebay), a 3ton hvac compressor. It says paid, and due to be delivered on 9/28/18. I called Zoro on 10/08/18 330pm est. They have no record of the order. I called my bank, and TD bank informed me the 500+ $ was paid to Zoro on 9/23/18. There is no resolution thus far, so I I had to file a dispute with my bank. How is there no record of a charge on Zoro's end when the funds were taken out of my account? I consider this bank fraud.
