On March 28, 2001 I received an advertisement, via my company fax, for a 4 day/3 night Bahamas Cruise / Orlando, Fla. vacation. I made contact thru the 800-446-0877 number on the advertisement and charged the fee ($328.00) for the vacation package to my credit card. I received printed materials in the mail instructing me to complete a form with alternate travel dates, not to make reservations until I received written confirmation from Dynasty and to send more money for service fees, port and departure taxes at $149.00 per person.

I attempted to make contact with the company on Feb. 11, 2002 to make arrangements for my honeymoon vacation. The 800 telephone number is now answered by a television satellite sales company. The telephone number in the literature (703) 730-6492 now refers the caller to (301) 515-1100. This number is automatically answered as the vacation hotline and suggests options for a few vacation companies, but no live person answers and no one returns the calls.

I contacted the credit card company who gave me the telephone number for Zyber Tours, the company who received the money I have paid (800) 333-4605. At this number I was told that the person I was speaking with is not familiar with Dynasty International, but that if I called back in an hour I could speak with Nicole. Before I hang up a female yelled to him to have me call (407)352-5522 and leave a message and they would call me back. I called the (407) number and left two messages and no one has called back. At the (407) number the message tells you that if you want to make reservations leave a message, if you are having a problem with credit card charges, etc. call the (800) 333-4605 number. Needless to say I have not received a call back.

My credit card company has put this matter in dispute. I am praying that the credit card company is able to recover the money I have spent. I now don't trust any vacation package promoters and am at a loss as to the planning of my vacation.

Celeste

Zyber Tours collects fees for vacation package and then doesn't know Dynasty International when you want to make reservations

AUTHOR: - ()

POSTED: Wednesday, February 13, 2002

On March 28, 2001 I received an advertisement, via my company fax, for a 4 day/3 night Bahamas Cruise / Orlando, Fla. vacation. I made contact thru the 800-446-0877 number on the advertisement and charged the fee ($328.00) for the vacation package to my credit card. I received printed materials, from Dynasty International, in the mail instructing me to complete a form with alternate travel dates, not to make reservations until I received written confirmation from Dynasty and to send more money to Dynasty for service fees, port and departure taxes at $149.00 per person.

I attempted to make contact with the company on Feb. 11, 2002 to make arrangements for my honeymoon vacation. The 800 telephone number is now answered by a television satellite sales company. The telephone number in the Dynasty International literature (703) 730-6492 now refers the caller to (301) 515-1100. This number is automatically answered as the vacation hotline and suggests options for a few vacation companies, but no live person answers and no one returns the calls (Michelle Diamond is the person referred to regarding Dynasty International in the recording).

I contacted the credit card company and received the telephone number for Zyber Tours, the company who received the money I have paid (800) 333-4605. At this number I was told that the person I was speaking with is not familiar with Dynasty International, but that if I called back in an hour I could speak with Nicole. Before ending the call a female yelled to him to have me call (407)352-5522 and leave a message and they would call me back. I called the (407) number and left two messages and no one has called back. At the (407) number the message tells you that if you want to make reservations leave a message, if you are having a problem with billing, etc. call the (800) 333-4605 number. Needless to say I have not received a call back.

My credit card company has put this matter in dispute. I am hoping that the credit card company is able to recover the money I have spent. Who can be trusted to make vacation travel plans?
