Zymax Health Aka Nutrional Fulfillment Center - Denman Scientific Research Ripoff Uses Credit Card without authorization Rancho Cucamonga California and Vancouver BC Canada

I tried Zymax 8-10 months ago. In the brochures that I ordered from the print was so small, it was almost impossible to read. However, I did try it. When I placed my order, I gave them my card number and when asked if I wanted to be on the refill list so I would never run out. I replied NO. I wanted to try it first. The operator said that was fine and I could request it at a later date.

Well, two months after my intial purchase (without any warning or permission), Zymax withdrew another $59.46. I have called the customer service number 3 times, and like others who have tried, only receive a recording that they will call me back. I have over $225 removed from my account without permission.

When I talked to the bank about not paying it, the only solution was to cancel the card and apply for a new one. This is extremely difficult for me, since I travel and use my card for other items. I will be forced, however, to make my life inconvenient because of the ripoff from this company. I would appreciate any suggestions to help me get my money back.
