This is the 2nd time I have won over 1T chips and Zynga has taken my purchased chips and my winnings from me. All my chips have initially been purchased through Zynga. It has been my play at high stakes tables that has enabled me to reach the 1.8T mark and I challenged their fraud department to show otherwise.

Through their VIP's own admission, they made a mistake with a presumed rake of 6T chips and I have never even reached 2T, so they have shown they are not infallible. The VP says that was irrelevant. I would expect this to be investigated unless their goal is to just continually keep high stakes players at a level they are forced to purchase chips. I have never heard back regarding this issue.

When you reach a high level of chip coumnt, Zynga suggests you violated some term of the TOS agreement and take all your chips, but they gracioulsy leave you with 1M so that you can continue to play........though they have just gotten through calling you a cheater, but they still want you to play and purchase more chips. This has happened to me 2 times.

I play at the high stakes tables, 100B and typically, you only have 1 or 2 players, so many times it's head to head play. I won at last count 8 times in a row last week. WIth 2 players I was winning pots(and lost some later) in excess of 1.2T per game. Zynga calls this chip transferring, though there is no connection they are aware of that suggests why you would be doing this with someone you don't know. I have asked for any evidence they have suggested they have, and have been denied.

Your only opiton is to accept the 1M in chips and confirm the process is fair, or you are locked out of the game. Then buy more chips if you want to play in the higher leagues and at the big stakes table. There is no mechanism or nuetral arbitrator to resolve the issue, nor hear your side of the story. You can only speak with Zynga managmement. This is a con game, designed to keep you playing(free chips and upgrades ) and special sales to get you to buy more chips.

I believe Zynga also uses shills and Bots to make their chances of winning even better. This could be a fun and challenging game but for the arbitrary methods emolyed y ynga to get you topurchase chiods.
