Royal Club Resorts is a marketer of memberships in Royal Club International. Their sales staff misrepresented a membership in "Royal Club International" as "RCI" (which is actually a reputable Ammerican company- 'RCI' stands for "Royal Condominiums International").

We were told that we could travel at any time as long as all of our payments were made on time. When we tried to use our membership (which we have invested almost $5000.00 in ) we were told that we would not be permitted to use our membership until all of our financing was paid out- in 2007! Since that time, we have been evaded and lied to. Andre Muran even falsified an invoice for $406.00 to make it appear that my account was in arrears! He said he would not deal any further with my complaint until the amount was paid. I gave them my credit card number, told them to process the payment, then demanded they deal with my complaint. Now they just ignore me.

I have filed a law suit against them. In the last year, Royal Club Resorts and or Royal Club International have been named as the defendants in four separate lawsuits. They falsely claim to be members of the Better Business Bureau. There are MANY complaints against them at Alberta Government Services and the BBB.

From what I have been able to gather and from talking to other victims of this bunch of snakes- Royal Club International, Royal Club Resorts, the Banff Gate Lodge & Spa, Andre Muran and his staff focus their main attention on taking your money and they will tell you whatever they deem necessary to get it...Once they have it, you will have to take legal action to get it back.
