I placed an order with WorldHookah.com (AKA Devil's Playground locally in Las Vegas). It was an order for almost $100.00 for a Hookah pipe, some shisha tobacco and a couple of accessories. Almost a month passed and never received my package or as much as an email explaining why I hadn't received it - despite emailing several times asking.

I decided to call the store and speak with someone regarding this. Finally, got someone to answer and was immediatly harrased and accussed of "jumping to conclusions" and I quote "your sh** will be shipped when it ships". I finally received my package about a week later and one of my items that I ordered was missing. I did also get an item that I did not order. I called "Neal" at WorldHookah and he said once I ship the incorrect item back "at my cost" that he would ship the correct item out.

I did some research on the company and found a post (several pages long) at HookahForum.com titled "Never In My Life Have I Been So Offended. This Is Absolutely Ridiculous., Yelled at and cussed at by The Devil's Playground". The thread can be found here: http://www.hookahforum.com/?showtopic=22284

I found out that the business was doing business without a license, selling "repackaged" tobacco, etc. Also was told by a friend that this company sells tobacco to minors with no questions asked.

I recommend not doing business with this company. Stay away!

It's comforting to see that you will respond to childish arguments about hookahs, yet you continue to ignore the dozens of customers you have ripped off on magsalmostfree. Stop being a coward and handle the complaints like a man.....a businessman. You can't keep up your scam forever.

Neal, compulsive lying is what I have come to expect from you but the truth is that you have legions of angry customers which isn't surprising since you treaty people with contempt, are incompetent and hateful. Although I currently am in New Mexico I was in California at the time I ordered from you. I did buy a KM trimetal and a Razan from you when you still owned the devil's playground although perhaps you never actually carried the razans which would mean that you simply took my money for something you never had to sell. The bottom line is that you are a habitual liar and enough of your customers know what I say is true so your blusterous threats and denials are meaningless.

Of course given your history of being in trouble with the police, BATF and the IRS my complaints should be the least of your worries.

As to promotion of illegal substances, yes your shop used to have a poster with a Marijuana leaf, and yes you used to and perhaps you still sell bongs which clearly are marketed towards those that consume products other then hookah tobacco and I think that everyone know what 420 refers which is part of the name of one of your enterprises. Truth is that you used to (and perhaps still do) cater to the stoner crowd and any statement to the contrary is a blatant lie.

As to your racist hatred of Arabs well, I have no idea who you smoke with or who your friends are (assuming you have any) but when I've seen you say on a video you yourself put up stating I want to kill that sand n__ger along with your postings on the internet complaining about hajis and sand n__gers it's obvious you are a foul mouthed bigot.

As to flooding this sites with your aliases and claiming they are satisfied customers I suppose that will fool people that haven't dealt with you but it will do nothing to change the minds of the dozen so customers that you cheated and treated like crap that I personally know and legions more from hookahforum.com & hookahpro.com.

I have had numerous dealings with Neal in the past, some good/some bad. However this is getting to the point where legal action is going to be taken if the threats do not stop.

I did not post the last comment on this ripoff report nor do I visit this website yet I received a call from Neal accusing me of doing this and threatening me again.

I would suggest you stop harassing me Neal....I have done nothing to you and have plenty of records of the many threats I have received fom you and my next step will be to get the police involved in this.

OK for starters NO adam in New Mexico. No Adam has ordered a Tri metal on the site either. Yes I just looked all this up.

Now on to the obvious I can easily prove. We have never ever Carried Razan hoses. Theres no problem with them Just Mahir and I could not get anything going on them.

The Km Trimetals ave only been back in stock 3-4 weeks and were not on our site until we got them in. As many people know we do not use stock Photos. Yea we happen to only sell what we have in stock when it comes to hookahs because each one is uniquely built.

Lets keep addressing the issues so this can be dealt with in court. Yea we know who it is. "Promotion of illegal substances." WTF do we promote? Hookahs?

I love this 1 "His racist hatred of Arabs." I am not even sure what to say since I have "Arabs that come up from LA to smoke with me in the shop. I am very close to Ali at Caravan trading Etc,,, But still none the less funny.

Heres a good one "threatening competitors on youtube". That was me asking someone in Vegas to go have a talk with Frank Simmons about this careless Liebel he is comitting all over the web. I did notice this went up the same day one of franks customers called his old toll free # looking for him from www.magsalmostfree.com wanting their money back. I went ahead this time since I get several calls a week complaining about his ripoff practices and how he makes them wait over 60 days to get their first mag so they can not do a charge back. Yea the customer was heated and explained it to me.

MaybeI should have all my customers flood this site with quality talk rather then lies that can't even be backed up.

Next move is drive to Vegas and Get a restraining order on Frank Simmons.

Ayything Neal is involved with should be avoided

Unfortunately I have dealt with Neal as a customer and I have to say he is the worst shisha related vendor I have ever dealt with. I ordered tri-metal, a funnel bowl, a razan hose and a bunch of moassel from him and it took about 10 emails and 6 weeks to finally get my order shipped after being told that I'll ship it when I feel it so shut up and stop bitching. When my order finally came in the razan was missing as was the funnel and some of the moassel I ordered was substituted with stuff I didn't want or order. After sending numerous emails and being ignored I got a hold of Holly after about 3 weeks and she sent out some of the moassel I was missing and sent me a KM hose. I never got the funnel or razan and I was shorted on some of moassel I ordered but I decided that it simply wasn't worth the hassle and phone bills to chase them down for everything I bought. Holly seemed nice but in the end my order was never set right and Neal was simply obnoxious and incompetent.

After spending a good deal of time looking into Neal and finding out about his various run ins with the police, his abuse of customers, his promotion of illegal substances, his racist hatred of Arabs and his threatening competitors on youtube I realize how stupid I was to have ever patronized this scumbag.

I strongly recommend not doing business with Neal/World Hookah/Devil's Playground/Global 420 or any other venture the guy is involved with.

The truth is that plenty of first rate shisha venders are easily found that give great service and value so to task a risk with Neal is simply a bad idea.

OK I was directed to this. Jake from hookahdomain/ hookah station is the one that started this crap. He has started hookah station and decided to screw with our business. This is total bullshyt.

Everyone knows we cover our screwups so I am glad Jake was stupid enough to liebel us so we get a chance to let everyone see the truth.

I have done business with Neal in the past and my experience was not at all like what "Anonymous" who ever that might be says! Though occasionally an shipping takes longer than expected it has NEVER taken a month to ship, I have always received my orders within 2 weeks. When it took that long I contacted Neal and asked him about it, I made no accusations whatsoever and simply asked about it. Neal was very civil to me, and simply said that it might take a little longer because they were very busy with the shops and lounge they owned. He also mentioned that his assistant Holly was mainly responsible for mail orders and redirected me to her.

She apologized about the delay and I received my order less than a week later. There were no items missing in this order, but on one occasion there was a different flavor tobacco than I ordered. When I called Neal I let him know, and he said that he would pay to have it shipped back and send me the new flavor right away. I shipped it back on a Tuesday and received my new flavor the following Thursday, so he must have shipped before the old flavor got back.

I have no complaints about Neal, though he isnt perfect, he offers great products and great prices and he is definatley worth doing business with. If he makes a mistake he will correct it. And, as "Anonymous" fails to mention, the poster of "Never in my life have I been so insulted." Whom I know followed up with "He apologized to me like a gentleman."
