I placed an order for one of their .22 conversion kit in early December 2007. My checked cleared my bank on Dec. 17, 2007. I've not yet received the conversion kit. I've have been very patient. Their web site indicated 30 to 120 day delivery time frame -- the 120 days have passed long ago!! I've tried to call their office, I've sent emails, certified smail to their office. But no response! Their customer service seems to be lacking!! They want you to charge you $10.00 for a response to Customer Service!!! And now (10/08) they are charging a “5% energy surcharge” -- BS ! -- JIM
