All Types Expediting & Transportation Services Unreputable Company - Unprofessional Business Practices Elmhurst Illinois

I called this company today because they advertise on their website that they have opportunities for people to lease trucks or vans with little or no money down. So I called them to get more information.

I was put through the sales manager - who I suppose is also the owner of the company, but I don't know that for sure. He asked me if I wanted to be home nightly, or if I didn't mind being gone for two weeks at a time. Since I do not live in Illinois, I told him that I could not answer his question unless he could tell me first if he even had local work available in my own city. I asked him a simple question, he refused to answer it, and all that was returned to me was his rudeness and foul attitude, and he kept evading my question.

I was trying to be polite and nice to him, despite his unpleasant and distasteful disposition, and all I got back from him was being treated very rudely and with no respect. He hung up on me, then I called him back again, and he hung up on me again for the second time.

The next time I called I asked who the manager was, and the secretary would not answer my question either, and she just put me through to Jerry. So that's why I am assuming he is the manager, but still don't know for sure since nobody in the company seems intelligent enough to answer my simple questions.

The only reason I am writing this report on BadBusinessBureau.com is to say this: Based on my many years of working with different companies, I can say with no doubt that if a company treats someone like this who could be a potential asset to the company before they even start working for them, they are a very bad business to deal with in the first place, and take your business elsewhere or you're only going to get screwed by them big time.

If they are going to treat you that badly on the phone, just think how unprofessional, and dishonest they will be when you actually work for this kind of person/company.

And if Jerry ever finds this report, then I'm glad - you only shot yourself in the foot by unjustifiably treating me that way, and people deserve to know how you really are so they don't get screwed by you. I never deserved to be treated that way. You're a real big HUGE ahole, and based on the 3 minute conversation I had with you, now I'm not even the slightest bit impressed with you or your company, and I am glad I you showed how you truly are BEFORE I shelled out any money to your company. I wouldn't be surprised if you are out of business in a short time with the stinkin' rotten foul attitude you have.
