I STOPPED PAYMENT ON MY CREDIT CARD NOW TWO YEARS LATER THEY HAVE HIRED A COLLECTION AGENCY TO TRY AND COLLECT THE $119.97 . THIS IS A COMPLETE SCAM PRODUCT

Impossible to get a REFUND!

I canceled my order in Mar. 2020. I've called their "Customer Service," multiple times between then and mid-June. Their customer service is a joke. It's a call center in India. You are always promised your call will be expedited to management. I received a Product Return email (Apr. 10, 2020), verifying they received the product I returned, however, over 2 months later, I still have to call about getting my refund. And coincidentally, the "Customer Service," agent I always talk to is not authorized to put the refund request through. And also coincidentally, there is never a supervisor available to talk to.
What kind of customer service it that? It's NOT! It's the opposite of customer service. You know they're a SHADY company when they don't even have enough confidence in their product to have someone actually in their company, available to address customer concerns. If anyone is up for a Class Action suit, count me in. this company should not be allowed to continue scamming people without being held accountable.
