This company overcharges on every single item. I purchased 22 items that were all marked .99 cents & 1 item at .59 cents on the selves but when I purchased the items the register rang up .9999 on each of the 22 items & .5999 on the 1. If that was not enough it the total rounded up again & I was charged 22.60 for items that should have been 22.37. How can a store that is named 99 cents only & have everything marked 99 cents or 59 cents do this?

Report them to whatever consumer agency controls businesses by you. They ought not be allowed to screw around like that. If your receipt is itemized, save it as evidence.
