Advance Tax Preparation tax preparers are being ripped off Internet

Advance Tax Preparation is a company of Intergrity and Character.  We are very saddened to see our company on this report in a negative light as we have Independent Tax Preparers that have been with us for years because we do what we say we are going to do.  We keep an awesome paper trail with our banks and on our in house system.  We operate in this professional manner so that we can be held accountable to anyone we deal with which is we get referrals all the time.  Our fees are simple and spelled out on our invoices as well as in the software system that disclosures all fees to Preparer and Client.  The fees for this past tax year were as follows:  Low 55.00 transaction fee per file for each file the Independent Tax Preparer submits regardless of what they charge their client.  ATP fee never changes per file.  The bank product fee which is disclosed on all paperwork that the bank charges every client that uses their product.  Efile fee that charged if client chooses to efile that's disclosed.  The transmitter charger their fee which is customary and disclosed. 

The cool part about our software is that all fees are disclosed that are charged by every entity that's listed above.  The client and Independent Tax Preparer can see all fees before signing as the Tax Preparer prints all paperwork out and go over everything with client.  In esscence, all fees are disclosed prior to acceptance and customer signs so therefore there are no hidden fees.

The 55.00 we charged Independent Tax Preparer is for use of our software, use of our bank products, and to process their files and our other company perks that we receive.  There's never a start of fee up if use our basic package.  If you ever need services outside of the above than yes additional optional fees will be asked for as most Processors takes 50% of the Independent Tax Preparer fees where as we only ask for 55.00 per file.  So we go far and beyond the call of duty for people who work with us and that is why we continually get referrals.

We understand some times people want something for nothing but I quess that will never change.  We try very hard to team up with Preparers with integrity and character....but sometimes I quess it doesn't always work that way for us.  However, we will continue trying as we have been truly blessed with awesome great people to work with over the years and we truly cherish them!

We will continue moving forward in Integrity and Charcter, keep paper trails for accountability, and continue doing what God has called us to do as we have finally understand that you can't please every one.  But as long as we exist, we will try our hardest to do just that as we love people regardless of their actions!
