Ok, so back in December 2005 I get this message from a guy that wants to "HELP" me out. He says that he can help me recoup some losses on an investment. Yeah, right. I send him $52,300 after signing a contract with him. Yeah, so to this day, I have seen maybe $15k. I have been in constant contact. I've tried helping him make money so that maybe, just maybe, I will get mine back. yeah, right. That's not happening. Now, an associate of mine who has some pretty thick connections is finally opening up a federal case against him. All of our SEC reports and BBB complaints don't do a thing. He needs to feel the cold steel of handcuffs. If any of you are willing to assist, please email me your information and the amounts that you got ripped off for and any pertinent documentation so that I can give it to my associate and he can forward it to the FBI. They will handle this.

Although no funding has been offered to date, I have to say that Jonathan Agosto has never asked me for money in any shape, form, or fashion for anything. Never.
Now, I don't know about any of his 'companies', etc., but I do know that he has been working as a 'broker' for one of my projects that needs funding and as previously stated, has not asked for money for anything upfront.

Wow out of 140 different feedbacks 95% were negative. Most indicate they never received the products they paid for? How's that for proof?

I am shocked at this slanderous remark. I take projects with and without retainers. Depending ont the project and my project load. Some projects, I request high retainers just to tell the customer to go away. My company and myself are legitimate all the way.

and to write this slanderous remark upsets me and I will have an attorney informed regarding this thread.

If I am making a killing off of retainers? where is your proof? Name ONE former client of mine that retained my services and left unsatisfied?

I work on the project until funded? sometimes I may not make money off the project by outsourcing projects to other brokers and associates of mine, BUT I know that particular project was funded and completed. With a smiling client.

I do not take projects that I know I will have a hard time in getting funding.
