I ordered a bow holder and not only was I charged a very unfair ammount for shipping but the items were damaged and not seen as online. For as much money as I paid I would have expected better service. I recieved rude emails from the owner and finally I just let it go.

I sugeest you NEVER buy from this online site!

Proof of fake notice

This has bothered me all day, and I put up the info above proving this was a fake report from an ex friend that filed to be mean. I spoke to a mutual aquantance and she typed this out after I said I could not believe someone would make up a fake name and do this to me and the person responded:

Then i told the person no, i did not want any contact from her, and then then the person who posted the FAKE info above, i said i would not take down my blog about her (she was doing bad business, so she is trying to ruin mine, which she has never purchased from), and she said:

So basically she used THIS site to try to hurt MY Business becuase she is MAD at me and this is NOT business related at ALL. You can see that it has been admitted to and she is trying to BLACK MAIL ME into removing a blog about her before she will retract false statements.


If you wnat more info, I owuld be happy to show this to anyone and think its very sad that any person,without even verification of purchase, can come on here and talk about any one at all and say what they want. Its insanity. I appireciate this kind of site when atleast they verify that thier users were true purchasers atleast.

The first report was submitted by Brenda Submitted: 7/23/2008 2:44:22 PM but signed by Jennifer, and included several major spelling mistakes. I contacted the REAL jennifer who said she was not upset at all and it was NOT her that filed this.
She is the only jennifer customer I have had in recent months.

Then minutes later a new report was filed by Kailasmommy Submitted: 7/23/2008 2:47:24 PM (3 minutes afterwards) that stated that she had "Seen" this site and the woman is "psycho", completely un business related comment.

Then MInutes after that, another report is filed 7/23/2008 2:53:06 PM by also Kailasmommy that states that she has BOUGHT an item (not seen as previous said before). This report contains several major spelling mistakes.

Each of these reports were written by the SAME person, under different names, minutes apart and are NOT a customer.

This is an unrelated online business situation on someone that stalks my personal blog online. It took me some time to figure it out and of course, thought it was a recent customer named Jennifer that I had had, but it was NOT her.

In the year I have had my business open, I have had some mistakes, but they are always fixed promptly and quickly and to a customers satisfaction. One thing the above emails that were exchanged with the customer above prove (even thought it was the wrong person), was that I did fix the situation and I extend the same courtesy to ALL My customers, which is why I have a solid online reputation and solid, long term, business with over 28 stores in the US carrying my item and over 2000 bowholders sold.

Please remember that you cannot believe every single thing you "hear" online as the truth, as the person that wrote this is not even a customer. It just took me a day to figure it out and as soon as the other posts appeared under her real name minutes a part, I figured it out.

And she claims that she did NOT write this and I believe her. I just noticed that it says JENNIFER on one complaint and then its "updated" by Brenda in the same location and now I know for sure who the 3rd person is, who is not even a customer.

Please note that it appears that this is all the same person and her sister and rest assured they are NOT a customer of mine. Anytime I have ever had even the TINEST issue, as you can see from the emails above I posted, it is taken care of. Whether its $1 worth or $100 worth.

YOu can see countless testimonials online from my customers directly on my guestbook pages. Please take these very fake complaints by the same online stalker, with a grain of salt.

I wanted to point out that you first said you ordered and it was a mess and then the second was that you have "seen it" online..so which is it? Did you order or have you seen them?

She is not a real customer. "Word on the net this woman is crazy?" Honestly. This is a business. Kailasmommys name is NOT Tina, Its Kristin. I own a blog online and stalks my blog and when I wrote about this situation and how UPSET I was regarding it, she came here just so she could write that becuase she is ANGRY about a NON RELATED, NON BUSINESS SITUATION that didnt even have a thing to do with ME, but a FRIEND of mine.

What kind of REAL customer says "word on the net?".

Kristin, stop stalking me. Stop stalking my life. Stop stalking my blog and stay way way way away from my business or I will sue YOU.

Your stupid enough to use a FAKE NAME, but not SMART ENOUGH to use a fake LOCATION, so I know exactly who you are. You have serious problems.

Stop stalking me or I will have to file a restraining order against you.



To address prices, my items are hand made, they take several hours to complete ONE item, they are priced for that and are comparable to the exact item in all stors that compete with me. If someone does not want to buy a handmade, custom made item that costs the prices I charge, they can go elsewhere, its the beauty of the online and regular market.

Regarding shipping charges

I would also like to add that I ship all items priority mail and charge $7 flat for a regular large or small bowholder, which go into the same box and weigh in the same category. The shipping I am charged via the USPS is $5-$9 depending on the area it is traveling to, which is why I charge the middle. On occasion I "make" a $1 for my time, which assists in printing letters that go inside the box and gas to take it to the post office, and on occasion, I lose up to $2 in the shipping, which is why I go in the middle. This customer was charged this rate for shipping to her locale.


For speciality winged holders, which this consumer did NOT order, I am charged up to $25-$35 for shipping and have been only charging $10. I moved those charges today to $15 and $5 for each additional, as I sent out 2 items today and it cost me $26 to ship and I was only paid $15.

If we are talking about unfair shipping charges, it is me that is unfairly being paid for my exact charges and I have been taking shipping charge hits since the USPS raised all its rates and I have just, today, raised those rates to be more even. I imagine I will still take a shipping hit on my end.

I am very dissapointed in the complete lack of disrespect and ignorance this person has in writing this out without doing better research. She was well aware of the charges and CHOSE TO ORDER after seeing them, and her items were shipped priority, which was stated, within the rate of a priority item.

I was shocked to recieve a notification that this went up. I did indeed sell a Bowholder to jennifer. She ordered an extra bow that went on the front and unfortantly, it got past me. I am a work at home mom. She emaield me when she recieved it and her email is as follows

Again, I apologize. It was an oversight. I work w/ a 3.5 year old in the house and sometimes things get past me becuase it so up and down...I dont get more then 30 min at a time to work on something before I am running around again, lol. I have refunded you. All you need to do is pick up a yard worth of ivory or white satin double face ribbon at Hobby Lobby, JoAnns, or Micheals and tie in a bow and use a little hot glue to secure on the front.

I am completly and utterly SHOCKED that someone woudl write that it was terrible and I was rude, when in fact, she not only stated it was cute and she would shop again, but that she understood the mistake, and it was FIXED. It was only $1 of product that was missing...a bow and she was refunded.

I am very upset that someone would deliberatly go out to do this to a small online business and act like this when what she wrote in this report and what these emails show are vastly different. I have them all still and can forward them for evidence. I want this report removed.

I have also purcahsed from this site. While I feel in love with her items online, in person there was glue all over the place. The tule looked like a cat got to it. Just be aware items are not given as shown online.
