Branson Nantucket sold a timeshare to a friend of mine and I did some research. First their contract and HUD statement are a joke. Any competant attorney can shred them. There is no legal description of what they sold on any of the documents, HUD or RESPA. If you are the customer who bought just the HSI club Bransons Nantucket does not appear to be registered to sell vacation clubs in Missouri. This is required . Just send your paperwork and a complaint form (download on-line) to the Misouri Attorney General. You have an unlimited right of recission in Missouri if they are not properly registered. Their former project director failed to appear in court on the 3rd of September by the way.
