Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
I had the unforunate experience of dealing with the travel "professional" Michele at this agency. She is completely rude and quite frankly, unpatriotic. I would never give my money to someone like this - I'm glad there are many many other travel agents I can get in contact with. I just want to warn hardworking people of who they may be giving their money to if they decide to book travel with this woman- cant speak for the agency as a whole but knowing they even employ someone like this.... Doesnt look good.

Immature Retaliation

The above complaint has zero to do with the business practices or the employees of Bridges & Holman. This complaint was a retaliatory gesture made by an immature person upset over being blocked for inappropriate behavior on a Facebook message board and in Facebook direct messages. The fact that she would try to ruin the reputation of a business just speaks to her character. Unpatriotic? I have no idea where that even came from, other than she was stopped on Memorial Day. The above complaint is unnecessary and ludicrous.

The person filing this claim did not have any contact with our Travel Agency. The person was removed from a Facebook group for violating the Terms of Service (language) and in retribution, decided to stalk, harass and now defame the name of one of the admins of the FACEBOOK group. We regularly make decisions regarding the "good of the group" in regards to behaviors of certain individuals. This was one of those decisions. This person has never had any business B&H Travel Agency and as such, this report should be removed.
