A friend stayed in this hotel. I went to visit. Nasty premises. Roaches everywhere. Rude and hostile staff. The company was taken over by corrupt SLUMLORDS. They are now forcing renters to do credit checks. Who on earth has ever heard of a motel doing a credit check? They want to be both hotel and landlord. Hotels can simply lock the doors on you. Landlords must go through court. Yet they want to be both which is possibly in violation of the law.
Hotel is in a bad, crime infested area. Lots of thefts, and rapes. Don't believe the pictures. My friend was robbed there too. I say stay away!

Campaige Place Memphis is an extended stay hotel that has many satisfied guests.
Registers Guests have the convenience of furnished studios with cable and amenities including work out room, 24 hour front desk staff/patrol, on site staff, gated parking and building access, laundry facilities, patio and lobby sitting areas, lobby resident computers and WIFI, and much more.
The claims submitted are false and issued by either a competitor or uninformed party that has not ever been a registered guest.
- Campaige Place has been under the same ownership and management for nearly ten years...and has not ever been associated with slub landlords.
- A visit during business hours Monday to Friday 8 to 5 and Saturdays 9 to 5 is highly encouraged and welcome. You will see that the premises are not only well maintained, clean, but attractive and pleasant with professional, supportive on site staff.
- The premises are under contract and serviced by a certified national pest control firm and has not ever been roach infested.
- Registered guests are not tenants because this property is an extended stay hotel. Hotel guests do not sign leases.
- At this time, no credit checks are made; however a criminal background is required.
- Interested individuals should check with the Memphis PD...Campaige Place has an excellent reputation for zero tolerance for crime or drug activity.
