I purchased a hud house and was forced to use this title company ,he also owned the real estate company ,I sold the house and found out that there was 4 to5 year old City fines on the property, I contacted them to resolve this issue and they refuse to call me back,then I filed a claim that was denied because the policy was so poor it did not cover anything. This experience has been a nightmare
