Me and my family are going through rough times we are in jeapordy of losing our house. And this guy assured us that we would get the loan so we sent all of $300 for grocery and gas and then he calls saying he cannot send our money because he needs more money. I have all the emails and contracts we signed and still we got stiffed and now we are without our money for food and gas with us both being diabetics and have alot of medicine and little 7 year old no food for at least two weeks until we get our last check from our jobs because we can't get to work.

Sorry but this sounds like the loan scam that goes around. They ask for more and more but never send the money. Quit while you are only out $300 cause he will just keep asking for more. You should not have to pay to get a loan. They should take it out or add it in. Money should not be paid out of pocket to receive a loan.
Therefore the loan should be for $40,300 and you receive $40,000 or you get $39,700 and pay back $40,000. You are getting scammed
