On 10/18/01 I sent in an order to Communications Publishing, 996 Wallstreet, New YOrk, NY. They cashed the check a week later, but I have not seen any book yet. When I call their number 212-340-1038, an answering machine comes on with recordings, and there is no way to talk to a live person. The recording says your book will be delivered within 5 business days without the company even knowing who they are talking to!!! I want to get my money back!!!!
