to whom it maycocern,
i recieved a letter in the mail stating i was approved for a
platinum card with a 5,ooo limited i was so excited because iknow credit is very bad .i summitt a 49.00 processing fee and recieved nothing in return. i decide to call them but there was listing for them in tampa fla so i went online to see if theyhada web site and found nothing. i am so upset about this
