Costco rip-off! Boise Idaho

Have you ever made a return at Costco? I spent my first year with the company as a refund clerk. And let me tell you, when we say we take everything and anything back if a Member is dissatisfied, we mean it. how can you state that costco is a rip-off...did you try contacting the warehouse manager or customer service... costco offers a 100% money back guarantee on ALL of its produtcs. If you need this in wrinting just ask customer service for a welcome brochure!
