Show customers why they should trust your business over your competitors...
Had problem with hotmail. MSN said I had a foreign IP address in my computer. I said let me call my provider Cox high speed Internet.
Cox said they could help spent 40 min. trying to remove their own IP addresses, one IP was akamaitechnologies, windows updater. Never fixed the problem, there never was a problem!
They will not remove the $99.00 charges, for pretending there was a problem. I spent 15min. with IP back track, 2 IP's registered to Cox, 1 to akamai tech. high speed broadband.
Sick and tired of being treated like sh*t from these Monopoly Corps.!!!!!!
