Daylin Leach is a taxpayer bottom feeder representing the 17th District in The PA State Senate. Rather than learn to live within his means, this scumbag want to put a 2 cent tax on each plastic shopping bag you use at a grocery store. Now that's a Ripoff!
While Daylin Leach uses his 6 figure income on our dime when you factor in all of the perks that come with being a state senator, we working people have to make every penny count even if it is only 2 cents.
Daylin Leach is a perfect name for him considering that all this man knows how to do is Leach off of us taxpayers to make himself wealthy.
