Went into contract into a home purchase. After, 90 days, we cannot purchase the property as property has numerous problems and the appraisal did not appraise to the purchase price. I requested to have my home purchase deposit be refunded as we will not be able to close on the home. At first, they were willing to give back partially the money. Then, a day later, i was informed that the money is no longer available in escrow and therefore, has been disbursed to the sellers.
